Bizen: (a.k.a. Bizen of the poles) Ninja warrior of the Hand that Elektra fought on top of wooden poles. Wielded a longaxe.

Killed by Elektra in the same issue.
Boomerang: Criminal Fred Myers uses boomerangs to commit crimes and can fly via his boots. Not quite one of the better criminals Elektra has defeated.

Bullseye: Criminal psychopathic mercenary originally sent to kill Elektra by the Kingpin. He has since clashed with her at least two other times. He posesses superhuman accuracy and the ability to turn almost anything into a weapon.

Bushwhacker: Another mercenary who has his right arm replaced with a cybernetic arm that can turn into a gun.

Fatale: Mutant with the power to teleport from place to place, and one of the world's top assassins. Formerly employed by the Dark Beast and in Havok's Brotherhood, in Elektra she worked on her own.

The Four Winds: Ninja sect based on the four winds: north, east, south, and west. They were sent to kill a man Elektra was protecting. North had the power of cold, South had the power of fire, East had the power of lightning, and West had the power of water.

The Hand: Clan of ninja assassins that Elektra once belonged to. She betrayed them, and they have been on her case ever since.

Kingpin: Sumo expert and crimelord Wilson Fisk has numerous resources available to commit various crimes. For awhile he employed Elektra as an assassin, but she later betrayed him. He has a contract out on her life now.

Kuroyama: “The Black Mountain” as he is called is a demonic agent of the Hand. He is responsible for Nina’s death and subsequent resurrection, then betrayal of Elektra.

Mephisto: Lord of his realm of hell, possilby the ultimate incarnation of evil (Marvel keeps waffling on this) and black magic user supreme. His power is said to be unlimited.

Nina McCabe: Innocent bystander in a fight with Bullseye when we first meet her, she later became Elektra’s chief ally and friend. After dying, the Hand resurrected her to use against Elektra. Also partially responsible for the destruction of the Chaste.

Razorfist: Criminal with prosthetic blades instead of hands. How he gets dressed in the morning with blades instead of hands, I’ll never understand. He was sent by the Architect to kill Elektra.

Shatterhead: Another criminal who was sent originally to stop Blacklash. He is superhumanly strong resistant to injury, and posesses telepathic powers.

Silencer: Bio-engineered mob assassin whose task it is to hunt down superheroes. He has the power to turn intangible and speaks only Italian (as far as it is known.)

Taskmaster: Criminal and mercenary who has the power to copy anyone’s fighting style. He employs numerous weapons to this end. He was able to defeat Elektra by using Daredevil's fighting style.

Tekagi: Agent of the criminal Snakeroot who was the former lover of Elektra. He was attempting to purify a sword that had fallen into disuse when Elektra stopped him from doing so. He has been known to employ several other weapons as well.

Zaran: Criminal mercenary, formerly aligned with Georges Batroc, a.k.a. Batroc the Leaper.He employs several weapons, and the decorations on his costume contain many small sais.
